Since the Harvard Business Review (HBR) was first published in 1922, the magazine has cycled through many iterations, including editor Theodore Levitt’s expansion of the brand in the 1980s to bring it to a wider audience, and the more recent decision to publish in eleven different languages. This section of the HBR’s website focuses its considerable intellectual powers on producing and disseminating videos that will be relevant to readers from a number of different fields. For instance, in a video published on September 21, 2015, Herminia Ibarra, a professor at France’s international business school, INSEAD, speaks about the challenges of transitioning to a new role, whether in a corporate office, a nonprofit, or an educational administration. Other videos cover such topics as how to change people’s perceptions of you and the art of asking questions.
